RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Elegance House. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Order Processing & Cancellation

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to your original payment method.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by the delivery note or order confirmation

  • You may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To verify eligibility, we may require customers to provide clear photos of the item showing that it is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags intact

  • In its original packaging

Returns may not be approved if these requirements are not met.


Return Shipping Costs

  • All returns initiated by the customer are at the customer’s expense.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the courier you choose.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery, the return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.


Return Process

Before returning an item, you must contact us at info@shop-elegancehouse.com.

Important:
Our return warehouse depends on current stock availability. Please do not send your return to the address listed on the original packaging. Returns sent to that address will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address and detailed instructions.

  2. Securely pack the item, including all original components.

  3. Ship the item using your preferred courier.


Exchanges (Incorrect Size)

If you selected the wrong size:

  • We provide size charts on our product pages, and we strongly encourage customers to measure carefully before ordering.

  • You may request an exchange, but the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once you confirm the new size for the exchange, you may place a new order for the correct size. The exchange service is available for a fixed fee of $10–12, which covers the processing and reshipping of the new item.


Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing

Please contact us immediately at info@shop-elegancehouse.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost and no return shipping fees or extra charges will apply.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically up to 15 business days


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged not due to our error

  • Gifted items


All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Asia. Once you request a return, our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email if the return is approved. Please wait for this confirmation before shipping any items back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
