Return & Refund Policy 

At Elegance House, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. A packing slip or order confirmation is required.

How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@elegancehouse.com. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may experience delays.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or the item not fitting your style), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Because we import and deliver products at subsidized rates, tariffs and logistics fees prevent us from covering return shipping on preference-based returns. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

For returns due to an error on our part (defective item, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item sent), Elegance House covers the shipping costs in full. Simply email us with photos and a brief explanation, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Size Exchange Option
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a quick and hassle-free exchange. Once we receive the original item, we will send the correct size. The exchange itself is free; you only cover a small shipping fee of $10–$12 for the replacement shipment.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but typically take between 5–15 business days. Items returned in non-resalable condition (worn, washed, damaged, or altered) may be denied.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include underwear, swimwear, items marked as “Final Sale,” gift cards, and any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Exchanges (Different Style or Color)
If you want a different style or color, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed. This ensures accurate stock availability and faster delivery.
