1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website or the purchase of products offered through our website.
1.2 The defined terms and interpretations of these terms and conditions are set out in paragraph 26.

2. Acceptance
2.1 You represent and warrant that:
(a) You are a natural person and are at least 18 years old;
(b) You have the power to enter into a legally binding contract with us; and
(c) You are not prevented by any applicable law or treaty from entering into a legally binding contract with us.
2.2 We reserve the right to request written confirmation of your authority to accept these Terms.
2.3 You represent and warrant that you have not:
(a) Been convicted of any computer or internet related offence; and
(b) Been refused products or access to the Site in the past.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse you access to our Site if we consider such refusal necessary or appropriate.
2.5 Placing an order means:
(a) You have read these Terms and Conditions carefully and in full;
(b) Your offer to purchase the Order is only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(c) You agree that any Order Confirmation will be based solely on these Terms and Conditions; and
(d) You undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.6 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Site or purchase any Products.
2.7 You must expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions to:
(a) Submit information to or through our website; or
(b) Purchase a Product.
2.8 By visiting our website, purchasing Products or agreeing to these Terms and Conditions:
(a) You also agree to our Privacy Policy; and
(b) You accept and agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (see paragraph 12).
2.9 We recommend printing a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
2.10 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not place an order or communicate with us.

3. Personal Use
You confirm that you will use the Website to purchase Products solely for your own personal, non-commercial use as a principal and not as a representative or on behalf of any other person.

4. Prices
4.1 Prices shown on our website are inclusive of delivery charges, but exclusive of any fees, taxes, duties, levies or other similar governmental charges (“duty unpaid and untaxed”).
4.2 Any duties, taxes, fees, levies or other governmental charges relating to importation to your delivery address are your responsibility and are not included in the price. Goods may be shipped from a non-EU country (China) and may incur customs/import VAT, which are not paid by us. You are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable import laws and regulations. Check your country’s requirements before ordering.
4.3 We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
4.4 We are not obliged to fulfil an Order if the price on the Website is incorrect (even after an Order Confirmation).
4.5 Prices may change from time to time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Placing an Order
5.1 Orders are subject to stock availability. If available, you will receive an Order Confirmation. If not, we will inform you and refund any payments.
5.2 A contract is concluded only when we issue an Order Confirmation and only for the Product(s) listed therein.
5.3 If your order includes multiple Products, they may be delivered separately.
5.4 We may remove or edit Products/content at any time without liability.
5.5 We may refuse/reject any order at any time (even after sending an Order Confirmation) without liability.
5.6 If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment
6.1 Pay using any payment intermediaries listed on our website.
6.2 Promotional vouchers may be redeemed at checkout.
6.3 You agree we may pass information (including personal data) to payment intermediaries.
6.4 We are not a regulated payment processor and are not responsible for failures by intermediaries.
6.5 You must provide complete and accurate payment information and use your own funds. By ordering, you confirm:
(a) The payment method is yours;
(b) You are the rightful holder of any promotional voucher;
(c) You have sufficient funds/credit.
6.6 We are not liable for unauthorised use of your cards by third parties. Fraud may be reported to authorities.
6.7 You must not initiate chargebacks or reverse payments.
6.8 You indemnify us for any chargebacks/cancellations and related losses/costs.

7. Delivery
7.1 We will endeavour to deliver to the address provided at checkout.
7.2 An expected delivery date will be indicated at checkout.
7.3 We may notify you of delays; we are not liable for delay-related losses where permitted by law.
7.4 Some locations may be undeliverable; we will cancel/refund or arrange an alternative address.
7.5 Risk passes to you upon delivery (or when delivery would have occurred but for your breach).
7.6 If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery/collection.
7.7 If delivery is delayed due to your refusal or failure to collect, we may charge reasonable costs.
7.8 Dispatch within 2–5 days after payment receipt. Standard delivery 5–8 business days, exceptionally up to 4 weeks. Orders ship from the manufacturer once the full order is available.
7.9 Duties/taxes/customs are your responsibility (see 4.2).

8. Cancellation or Modification of Orders
8.1 After placing an order, you may request cancellation or amendment by email.
8.2 Once packed or in transit (shipped from Asia), orders cannot be cancelled; return after receipt per paragraph 10. An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after order receipt if goods have not been received.
8.3 Orders are triggered automatically; a refund before receipt is only possible within 24 hours of order placement.

9. Defective Products
9.1 Products are standard (not custom-made).
9.2 All product descriptions, information and materials are provided “as is” without warranty.
9.3 Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
9.4 If faulty, email us with details and a photo.
9.5 Return the product per paragraph 10.
9.6 We will examine the product upon receipt; processing time varies.
9.7 We will email you if the product is confirmed defective.
9.8 Our sole obligation (at our discretion):
(a) Replace the product and cover delivery of the replacement (you must return the defective product); or
(b) Refund the product price and your return shipping cost to the original payment method.
9.9 If not defective, we may decline a refund and charge reasonable service fees.

10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.
10.2 You may return within 30 days from receipt. Email us first, then send back.
10.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
10.4 We must receive the product to process a refund; we will inspect upon arrival.
10.5 Items must be unused, with untampered labels, in original packaging, and properly packed. Unsuitable returns may be refused.
10.6 Processing time varies.
10.7 If approved, refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method.
10.8 Withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods.
10.9 If goods are already in transit to you (from Asia), cancellation is not possible until receipt and return. Early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after order receipt if goods have not arrived.

11. Vouchers
11.1 Promotional vouchers/discounts can be used at checkout.
11.2 Enter the code on the checkout page.
11.3 Once applied, the voucher/discount reduces the order total.
11.4 Only one promotional voucher/discount per order.
11.5 Voucher credit bears no interest and has no cash value.
11.6 If insufficient, pay the difference via available payment method.
11.7 If an order paid with a voucher is returned, the voucher value is not refunded; any cash portion may be refunded.

12. Permitted Use (Acceptable Use)
12.1 You may not (“Prohibited Actions”):
(a) Damage or impair the website or its availability/performance;
(b) Use the website illegally, fraudulently, or harmfully;
(c) Upload/distribute malware or malicious code;
(d) Conduct automated data collection (scraping, mining, harvesting) without consent;
(e) Use robots/spiders/automation to access the site;
(f) Violate robots.txt;
(g) Use collected data for direct marketing;
(h) Use collected data to contact individuals/entities;
(i) Interact with devices via the site without authorisation;
(j) Initiate/participate in hacking or harmful network activity;
(k) Reverse engineer, decompile, derive source code, or create derivative works;
(l) Use the site to build a competing product/service or for comparative studies;
(m) Sell, assign, sub-license, transfer, distribute or lease access;
(o) Make the site available via private networks;
(p) Edit/modify content or copies from our site;
(q) Use the site contrary to law/regulation;
(r) Make unauthorised requests or orders;
(s) Place speculative, false or fraudulent orders.
12.2 You are liable for losses we incur due to your Prohibited Actions.
12.3 Notify us promptly of any suspected Prohibited Activity and assist in our investigation.
12.4 Information you provide must:
(a) Be true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading;
(b) Comply with laws/regulations;
(c) Not infringe privacy, confidentiality, IP or other rights;
(d) Not be offensive, abusive, pornographic, defamatory, illegal or otherwise objectionable.
12.5 Provide identity verification and keep your information up to date.
12.6 Comply with all applicable laws for your use of the Website.
12.7 Email us if you become aware of any non-compliant material/activity.

13. Links to the Website
13.1 Links to third-party sites are for information only and are not endorsements.
13.2 We have no control over third-party content.
13.3 You may link to our home page fairly and legally without damaging our reputation.
13.4 Do not suggest association/approval where none exists.
13.5 Do not link from a site you do not own.
13.6 No framing; link only to the home page.
13.7 We may withdraw linking permission without notice.
13.8 Linked sites must comply with the Acceptable Use standards.
13.9 Contact us for approval if your link does not comply with this paragraph.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
14.1 The code, structure, and organisation of the Website are protected by IP rights.
14.2 We own or license all IP in the Website and its content/materials. All rights reserved.
14.3 Use the Website/content only for personal, non-commercial use and per these Terms.
14.4 Inform us of suspected IP infringements.
14.5 Do not use our trademarks without prior written consent (except as permitted under paragraph 13).

15. Data Protection
15.1 Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
15.2 We use cookies (see Privacy/Cookie Policy).
15.3 If you provide personal data, we will process it per your instructions and apply appropriate security measures.
15.4 Information/documents related to product sales may be shared internally (including electronic access) among our personnel/agents.

16. Viruses
16.1 We do not warrant the site is secure or virus-free.
16.2 You are responsible for your IT configuration and anti-virus.
16.3 Do not introduce malicious code.
16.4 Do not attempt unauthorised access to our site/servers.
16.5 Do not conduct DoS/DDoS attacks.
16.6 Breach may result in immediate termination and potential reporting to authorities.

17. Liability
17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from:
(a) Third-party or user content;
(b) Our content (including accuracy/completeness/timeliness);
(c) Products (quality, images, description/specifications, suitability);
(d) Reliance on information/features on the site or these Terms;
(e) Inability to access or partial/unavailable/erroneous operation of the site;
(f) Force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17.2 We are not liable for loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, savings/benefits, or any indirect/special/consequential loss.
17.3 Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of US$1,000 or 5× the price you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to liability, less any unpaid amounts you owe us.
17.4 Any claim must be brought within one year of the act/omission.
17.5 Except where prohibited by law, no personal claim may be made against our personnel.
17.6 All implied warranties/conditions are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17.7–17.12 Allocation and reduction of liability among multiple parties as set out (including contribution principles).
17.13 These exclusions/limitations do not affect liability for:
(a) Death/personal injury from our negligence;
(b) Fraud or reckless breach of professional duty;
(c) Non-excludable liabilities under applicable law;
(d) Any minimum liability required by applicable law.
17.14 These provisions are an exhaustive list of remedies available under or in connection with these Terms.

18. Indemnification
18.1 You will indemnify and hold us and our affiliates/personnel harmless against all claims/costs/losses arising from:
(a) Your material breach of these Terms;
(b) Your fraud, negligence, misconduct, or reckless disregard;
(c) Your use of our website.
18.2 You must reimburse our reasonable costs related to any indemnified claim.

19. Force Majeure Event
19.1 If a Force Majeure Event lasts more than one week, we may terminate these Terms by written notice and refund any paid but undelivered Products.
19.2 We may exercise discretion in handling force majeure to meet our obligations.

20. Variations
20.1 We may change these Terms from time to time and will notify you in advance of material changes.
20.2 If you do not agree, you must stop using the website/purchasing products.
20.3 If you previously gave express consent, we may request consent to revised Terms before your next purchase.

21. Your Breach
21.1 If you breach (or we reasonably suspect you breached) these Terms, we may:
(a) Issue warnings;
(b) Temporarily block site access;
(c) Suspend order processing;
(d) Refuse payment;
(e) Permanently bar access;
(f) Block access by IP;
(g) Ask ISPs to block your access;
(h) Take legal action.
21.2 Do not circumvent any suspension/ban/block.

22. Termination and Suspension
22.1 You may cease using the Site at any time.
22.2 We may suspend provision of the Site at any time, with or without cause/notice.
22.3 We may suspend/terminate your access if your use risks legal liability or disrupts others.
22.4 We will endeavour to notify you in advance, but may act immediately.
22.5 We do not guarantee availability; no compensation is due for interruptions or changes.

23. Effect of Termination
23.1 Termination immediately ends any obligation to provide customer service.
23.2 No compensation is due for loss of rights/goodwill or other loss due to termination.
23.3 Rights accrued remain; provisions intended to survive (including 17 and 18) continue.

24. General Provisions
24.1 You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
24.2 Rights/remedies are cumulative unless stated otherwise.
24.3 Hosting is subcontracted to a third party.
24.4 If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it will apply to the maximum extent permitted; the remainder remains valid.
24.5 Failure or delay to exercise rights is not a waiver. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of subsequent breaches.
24.6 Exercising rights is not contingent on any third-party approval.
24.7 These Terms benefit only you and us and are not enforceable by third parties.

25. Applicable Law

26. Definitions and Interpretation
“Order” means the order you place through our website to purchase one or more Products from us.

“Payment Intermediary” means any third-party payment processor used by us.
“Product” means a product offered on our website.
“Website” means the website.
“Site Infrastructure” means all our systems (including code) that enable, provide, or describe the Site.
26.2 References to “paragraphs” are to paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions.
26.3 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
26.4 Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to persons include individuals, companies, entities, businesses, or partnerships.
